For Referring Doctors

As a prosthodontist, Dr. Potesta welcomes referrals for patients requiring comprehensive prosthodontic care, implant reconstruction, complex restorative treatment, esthetic dentistry, and challenging restorative cases.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with you while providing your patient with the specialized care they need. We value clear communication throughout treatment and respect the important relationship you have established with your patient.

Referring a patient is easy.

Please complete our online Referral Form and attach any relevant radiographs, photographs, or clinical records. You may also indicate whether you would like our office to contact the patient directly to arrange their appointment.
